Frequently asked questions
Answers about TrustyTouch cards, sharing, messages, privacy and pricing — based on how the product actually works.
What is a digital visiting card?
A digital visiting card is a web page with your name, role, phone, WhatsApp and links. You share it as one link or QR code, and the other person can save your contact, call, message, or download it as a vCard, without typing anything by hand.
Do visitors need an account or an app?
No. Anyone with your link or QR code can open your card, save it and message you without signing up.
What is a vCard?
A .vcf file that adds your name, phone, email and organisation to the visitor's phone contacts in one tap.
Can I change my card after publishing?
Yes. Edit it any time from your dashboard; the same link and QR code keep working.
Who can see my messages?
Only you, when logged in to your account. One user cannot read another user's messages — this is tested (see TESTING.md).
How do I delete my account?
From Dashboard → Settings, confirm with your password. Your account, card and inbox messages are deleted.
Is there a payment?
No automated payment runs on this site. The Free plan is fully usable, and Pro is available via manual payment on the pricing page, you pay, submit your payment reference, and an admin verifies and activates Pro.
How much does TrustyTouch cost?
The Free plan costs nothing and is fully usable: one published card with up to 20 links, a QR code, vCard download, and a message inbox. Pro costs 99 BDT per month, 249 BDT for 3 months, 499 BDT for 6 months, or 899 BDT per year, and adds up to 100 links, Bold and Elegant layouts, and a custom accent colour. Pro is paid manually: you pay, submit your payment reference, and an admin activates it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is fully usable, with one published card, up to 20 links, a QR code, vCard download, view and save counts, and a message inbox. No card payment is required to start.
I forgot my password — what happens?
Use Forgot password. If email delivery is configured, the page sends a reset link; if not, it tells you that honestly instead of pretending an email was sent.
